Privacy notice.

Controller and contact

The Unstuck project operator controls the waitlist data. Contact: robsonldasilva72@gmail.com.

Information collected

Email, buyer/expert role, consent timestamp and optional qualification answers (service, integration, budget, timeline, context description, portfolio URL, rate, availability), UTM campaign source and referring URL. Cloudflare may process technical data necessary to deliver the website and protect against abuse (Turnstile).

Purpose and lawful basis

We use the information to run the early-access waitlist, understand market demand, and contact you with launch-related updates based on your consent. Participation is voluntary and there is no charge.

Providers and transfers

Cloudflare hosts the website and database and provides bot protection. Data may be processed in countries outside your residence subject to the provider's contractual and legal safeguards. We do not sell the waitlist.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits, page views and website performance. This analytics service does not use cookies or browser storage to track visitors. Our analytics integration does not send waitlist form answers or email addresses to the analytics service.

Retention

We keep waitlist records for at most 12 months after signup unless you request deletion sooner, or new consent is obtained for a continued purpose. If the project is cancelled, the list will be deleted within 30 days after that decision.

Your choices and rights

Request access, correction, withdrawal of consent or deletion by contacting the address above. Withdrawing consent does not affect prior lawful processing. We aim to respond within 15 days, subject to applicable legal rules.

Security and limits

We do not ask you for n8n credentials, API tokens, customer datasets, or workflow exports. Do not include secrets in the optional context field. HTTPS and backend-only database access are used.

Independent service

Unstuck is not affiliated with or endorsed by n8n. This page is an early-access registration and does not represent a live marketplace.
